1. General Terms

ACS444 (acs444.best) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under a license issued by the Curacao eGaming authority. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between acs444 and its users.

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use the acs444 website, mobile platform, or any of its services. While these terms have been made available in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh, the English version shall take precedence in the event of any legal dispute.

Acs444 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, particularly if that person violates or attempts to violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Registration

To use acs444, you must create a personal account. All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and up to date.

• Each individual is only One Account may retain.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Acs444 may request identity or proof-of-address documents at any time for account verification purposes.
• Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time, and any funds held in such accounts may be confiscated.

3. Age & Eligibility

Acs444 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 may open an account or play on acs444. If verification reveals that an account was created by a minor, it will be closed immediately.

Acs444 is accessible from Bangladesh. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legally permitted in their own jurisdiction. acs444 bears no liability for any breach of local laws by the user.

• Acs444 reserves the right to close any account accessed from a country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for staying informed about the laws applicable in their own location.

4. Deposits & Payments

Acs444 currently supports deposits via bKash and Nagad. The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within minutes.
• Deposits from a third party's account are not permitted. Any such transaction will be reversed and the account placed under review.
• No deposit fees — acs444 credits the full amount directly to your wallet.
• If a deposit fails or you experience any issues, please contact support and keep a screenshot of the transaction.

Acs444 will never ask you directly for your mobile banking credentials (PIN or password). If anyone requests this information, it is a scam — please report it to acs444 support immediately.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from acs444 are subject to a few conditions. All withdrawals must be made using the same method and to the same account used for the original deposit.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing your first large withdrawal.
• If you withdraw while an active bonus is in place, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• In cases of suspected suspicious activity, acs444 may temporarily suspend withdrawals and request additional documentation.
• Acs444 may place withdrawal requests from accounts inactive for more than 30 days under review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Every bonus offer at acs444 comes with specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Funds tied to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited.
• Promo codes are single-use only — any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times with the same code will result in an account review.
• If acs444 detects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.
• Terms for VIP and special offers are communicated separately and may differ from the general Terms and Conditions.

7. Betting Rules

General rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino games at acs444. Specific rules for each game and betting market are available on the game lobby or betting page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless acs444 allows cancellation under specific circumstances.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, acs444 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If a Sports Betting match is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded. Please refer to the relevant sports page for full details.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and independently audited.
• If an unusually large volume of bets is placed on the same event from a single account, acs444 may review that activity.

8. Prohibited Activities

If a user engages in any of the following activities, acs444 may close the account and confiscate any held funds without prior warning:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus abuse — such as registering under multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or any illegal source.
• Chargeback fraud — attempting to reverse a payment after a deposit has been made.
• Using software or bots to play games in an automated manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the acs444 system.
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior in live chat.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Acs444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Where there is sufficient evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification, or submission of false documents.
• When required by government directive or legal obligation.
• Where the user has submitted a self-exclusion or account closure request.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for 36 months or more).

If an account is closed without any breach of terms, uc444 will endeavour to return any real money balance remaining. However, no refund is guaranteed if the closure is due to a terms violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Acs444 is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Issues with the user's device or browser.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• If a user suffers financial losses from gaming — gaming carries risk and is entirely the user's own decision.

Acs444 does not guarantee compensation for any financial losses. Gaming is for entertainment — only bet what you can afford to lose.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Acs444 collects, stores, and uses users' personal data — but solely for the purposes of providing services, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
